In the Profile section, you can view and manage your personal information:

  • Upload a profile picture: This picture will be displayed in the platform for your colleagues to see.

  • Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We strongly recommend enabling this extra security layer to protect you and your organization. Click the link to get started.

  • Update your first name and last name.

  • Preferred inbox language: Choose the language used to display incoming messages. For example, if you speak English and a guest writes in Spanish, you’ll see the message in English. This makes day-to-day operations easier across languages.

  • Clock format: Choose how time is displayed. For example, 3:00 PM vs 15:00.

  • Temperature format: Choose how temperature is displayed. For example, 30°C vs 86°F.

  • Use Reset password to change your password securely at any time.
