Pinned Messages
How to Pin, Unpin & View Pinned Messages
Pin a message
Hover over the message you want to pin.
Click the three dots (⋯) on the right (for messages received) and on the left (for messages sent).
Select “Pin message” — it will now appear in the pinned section of the conversation.
Unpin a message
Go to the pinned messages in the pinned panel at the top of the chat or in the conversation.
Hover over the message you want to unpin.
Click the three dots (⋯) on the right (for messages received) and on the left (for messages sent).
Choose “Unpin message” to remove it from the pinned section.
View pinned messages
Click the arrow head pointing down ▾ at the top left of your chat window to open the Pinned Messages panel.
Here you’ll find all pinned messages in that conversation.
