Guestway MCP
You can connect AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your Guestway account. Once connected, you can ask about your own reservations, guests, messages, housekeeping, upsells and more.
What is a MCP connection?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect safely to other software. It works like a universal plug. An assistant that supports MCP can connect to Guestway without any custom setup.
The connection address URL for the Guestway MPC is:
https://mcp.guestway.io/mcpTeam members with an Operator role or higher (Operator, Supervisor, Super Operator, Admin, Super Admin).
Taking actions in the platform is limited to Admins and Super Admins.
Cleaners and other roles below Operator can’t connect.

Organizations
All organizations are ticked by default. Untick any you want to keep out of the assistant’s reach. Use the search box if you have many.
