In the General tab, you can view and update your organization’s core details.
This includes:
Your organization’s name
Your public URL
How long Guestway retains ID verification images and sensitive data after guest checkout. Confirm this meets GDPR and local regulations.
The default language used by the AI assistant. If a guest has no identifiable language, it will be translated into this one.
