The panel on the left selects the level and the property. **Hide property selection panel** closes the panel, and **Show property selection panel** opens it again. | Level | What the panel shows | Limits | | -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------- | | **Global** | *Global settings apply to your entire organization.* | None | | **Complex** | Your complexes, with the search field *Search complexes...* | None | | **Multi-unit** | Your multi-units and their complex, with the search field *Search multi-units...* | Only subscribed multi-units. | | **Listing** | Your listings and their multi-unit or complex, with the search field *Search listings...* | Only subscribed listings. | The search starts after 2 characters. A listing search also finds the city, the ZIP code and the name of the multi-unit or complex. Click it to see all images at full size. | None | | **Primary** | **Mark as primary image** makes the image the main listing image, shown in other places and in the [guest portal](/guest-experience/guest-portal.md). The primary image has a star. | None | | **+** and **Upload a custom image** | Adds an image of your own. | Image files up to 10 MB. Without any images, the upload tile shows only when your PMS allows image changes. | | **Replace image** and **Delete image** | In the **⋮** menu of the main image. | Only for images uploaded in Guestway. It syncs from your PMS. Click it to open its **General** tab. | Only when the listing is in a complex. | | **Multi-unit** | The multi-unit of the listing. Click it to open its **General** tab. | Only when the listing is in a multi-unit. | | **Connection** | The channel listing linked through a direct channel integration. Guestway adds live channel data to the data from your PMS. Click it to open the integration. | Only when the listing is linked to a channel listing. See [Integrations](/integrations/integrations.md). | ### Details The details come from your PMS. Only **Pets allowed** can be changed in Guestway. | Field | What it shows | Limits | | ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------- | | **Cleaning status** | Whether the unit is clean or dirty. See [Cleaning](/reservations-and-operations/cleaning.md). | Read-only. | | **Type** | The property type. | Read-only. | | **Bathrooms** | The number of bathrooms. | Read-only. | | **Guest capacity** | The maximum number of guests. | Read-only. | | **Room size** | The size in m². | Read-only. | | **Pets allowed** | **Not set**, **Yes** or **No**. The pencil icon changes it. | None | | **Bedrooms** | The number of bedrooms and the beds, for example *2x queen bed*. | Read-only. | ### Billing | Field | What it does | Limits | | ---------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Billing account** | The connected billing account used for charges and payouts. Click it to open the account in [Billing](/account-and-administration/billing.md). | An account that is not fully enabled yet cannot be saved. | | **Default security deposit** | The **Amount** and **Currency** of the security deposit of the property. The guest journey uses it when the security deposit has **Inherit from property** on. See [Guest journey](/guest-experience/guest-journey.md#security-deposit). | You must choose a currency when you enter an amount. **Clear security deposit** removes both. | | **Custom** | *This security deposit is overridden in Guestway and is not synced from the PMS.* | None | | **Revert security deposit to PMS value** | Returns to the deposit from your PMS. | Only when the deposit shows **Custom**. | The security deposit syncs from your PMS. A listing without its own values shows **Inherited from** with a link to the parent: * The billing account comes from the multi-unit, then the complex, then the organization (**Global**). * The security deposit comes from the multi-unit, then the complex. When you edit an inherited value and save it, it becomes the value of this listing. ### Wi-fi details The Wi-Fi details show in the [guest portal](/guest-experience/guest-portal.md). | Field | What it does | Limits | | -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------- | | **Wi-fi network** | The name of the network. | Up to 60 characters. | | **Wi-fi password** | The password of the network. | Up to 60 characters. | | **Wifi-information** | More information for guests, for example which network to use. | Up to 1024 characters. | You can change the Wi-Fi details only when your PMS allows it. Otherwise the pencil icon shows *Updating wi-fi details is not allowed for this PMS*. ### Address | Field | What it does | Limits | | ---------- | --------------------------------- | ------ | | **City** | The city. | None | | **ZIP** | The ZIP code. | None | | **Street** | The street and number. | None | | **Floor** | The floor of the unit. | None | | **Unit** | The number or letter of the unit. | None | The address syncs from your PMS. Which fields you can change depends on the PMS: * **Floor** and **Unit**, when the PMS allows it. * All fields, when the PMS supports an address of its own for each listing. When you change the address, it shows **Custom** (*This address is overridden in Guestway and is not synced from the PMS*), and Guestway stops syncing it from the PMS. **Revert address to the PMS source values** returns to the address from the PMS. A field you cannot change shows why, for example *Updating floor is not allowed for this PMS at the moment*. ### Amenities The amenities of the listing, grouped by category: **Indoor amenities**, **Outdoor & recreation**, **Location & views**, **Family & kids**, **Safety & services** and **Accessibility**. **View all** shows all groups. The amenities are read-only. ## Multi-unit The **General** tab of a multi-unit has the same images, marketing name, **Complex**, **Connection**, **Bathrooms**, **Guest capacity**, **Bedrooms**, **Billing** and **Amenities** as a listing. A multi-unit without a marketing name shows its name from the PMS. It has no Wi-Fi details and no address. The billing account comes from the complex, then the organization. The security deposit comes from the complex. ## Complex The **General** tab of a complex shows its nickname, name and description, and **Billing**. They are read-only, except **Billing**. A complex has no marketing name and no images. The billing account comes from the organization. The security deposit of a complex is set in Guestway only. It has no PMS value and no parent. ## Global The **General** tab of **Global** has the **Billing account** of the organization.
